License Manager Log Analysis is provided by NYBS Consulting. NYBS Consulting helps organizations understand and optimize engineering software license usage, license monitoring, and software asset management workflows.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as email address and authentication details handled through Supabase Auth.
- Google sign-in information, such as basic profile information including email address and display name, if you choose Google sign-in.
- Contact form information, such as name, email, company, topic, and message.
- Technical information, such as basic browser, device, request, hosting, security, or infrastructure information.
- License log files, when uploaded to the browser-based analyzer, are intended to be processed locally in your browser and not uploaded to our servers for analysis.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide login and signup functionality, allow access to the analysis tool, respond to contact form messages, maintain and improve the website, protect the site from abuse, and communicate about support, product questions, or services if you contact us.
License Log File Processing
License manager log files may contain usernames, hostnames, workstation names, software feature names, timestamps, vendor names, and other operational data. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to process these files.
The browser-based analyzer is designed to process uploaded logs locally in your browser. Avoid uploading or pasting sensitive information into the Contact Us form.
Third-Party Services
The site may use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication, Google for Google sign-in, Resend for Contact Us email delivery, and deployment infrastructure such as GitHub or Vercel. These providers process information as needed to operate their services.
Cookies and Local Storage
Supabase may store authentication or session data in your browser. The site may also use browser storage to keep you signed in or remember temporary UI/auth state. You can clear browser storage or sign out at any time.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website, authentication, hosting, contact form email delivery, and security. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the site and users.
Data Retention
Contact messages may be retained as needed to respond and maintain business records. Account data may remain while the account exists. Browser-processed log files are not intentionally stored by us as part of the local analyzer workflow.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no system is 100% secure. Users should avoid uploading or sharing data they are not authorized to process.
User Choices
- You can sign out of your account.
- You can contact NYBS Consulting with account or data questions.
- You can choose email-based authentication instead of Google sign-in where available.
- You can choose not to submit the Contact Us form.
Children
The service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children.
